Returns & Exchanges

At PTC Collectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion pieces. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PTC Collectibles account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags and authenticity cards are included to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-10 business days.
